This route is for Student Route visa holders who want to work, or look for work, following the successful completion of an eligible course of study at the 香港六合论坛.<\/p>\n<p>This unsponsored route will allow successful applicants to stay in the UK for up to 2 years (undergraduate and postgraduate graduates) or 3 years (PhD graduates).<\/p>\n<p>For more information,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chi.ac.uk\/study\/international\/visa-and-immigration\/post-study-work-visa-options\/\"><strong>please visit our Post-study work visa section<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"javascript:void(0);\" id=\"fl-accordion--label-2\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-2\"> Visitor visa for family and friends<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-2\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-2\"><i>Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>If your friend or relative is a non-UK\/Irish national, they will need to enter the UK under the Visitor route.<\/p>\n<p>Some nationalities can enter the UK without applying for a visa in advance, but other nationalities have to apply for a Visitor visa before leaving home (these national are called &#8216;Visa Nationals&#8217;). You can check which category they belong to by visiting\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/uk-visa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/uk-visa\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Please visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/moodle.chi.ac.uk\/course\/view.php?id=86214\">Chichester International Advice Moodle page<\/a> for more information on the requirements and the evidence may need from the University.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"javascript:void(0);\" id=\"fl-accordion--label-3\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-3\">Part-time degree on a Student Route visa<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-3\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-3\"><i>Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>It is not normally possible to study on apart-time degree on a Student Route visa. However, there is an exception for postgraduate students.<\/p>\n<p>The 香港六合论坛 is listed as Higher Education Provider (HEP) with a track record of compliance in the Register of Tier 4 Sponsor. This allows us to sponsor part-time postgraduate study (RQF level 7 and above).<\/p>\n<p>This part-time option comes with the following restrictions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No work<\/li>\n<li>No work placement<\/li>\n<li>No dependants (family members)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You will need to meet the usual General Student Visa (Tier 4) eligibility criteria and submit your visa applications inside or outside the UK as outlined in the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chi.ac.uk\/study\/international\/visa-and-immigration\/\"><strong>Visas &amp; Immigration section\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>on our website. The information relating to your part-time study is stated on your CAS and your NHS surcharge fees will be calculated based on the length\u00a0of your leave.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"javascript:void(0);\" id=\"fl-accordion--label-4\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-4\">Schengen Visa<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-4\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-4\"><i>Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>If you are a non- EEA national and wish to visit other European countries while you are a student in the UK, you may need to apply for a &#8220;Schengen&#8221; visa.
