If English is not your first language, we offer language support to help you with your spoken and written English. This free support package is called International Academic Language Support (IALS).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t
IALS can run alongside any degree and postgraduate programme and is open to all international students for whom English is not a \ufb01rst language and\/or those who have not previously been educated in the UK. The support runs alongside your regular programme, at undergraduate or postgraduate level, and across all subjects.<\/p>\n
IALS is in addition to our Pre-sessional programme<\/a>\u00a0which can help you to improve academic and language skills by the equivalent of 1.0\u00a0of an IELTS grade which can be taken in July and August before beginning your degree studies.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n At the 香港六合论坛 your experience as a student is of the utmost importance to us. We aim to provide our students with\u00a0personalised\u00a0care and support.\u00a0IALS\u00a0is an essential and distinctive feature of the support we offer our international students. The package is specially designed to support international students\u00a0 for whom English is not a first language and\/or those who have not previously been educated in the UK.
