\n\t\tHow to pay your tuition\n\t<\/h2>\n

Tuition fees are due for payment on or before the start of each academic year or at the start of each registration period for non-standard start dates.\u00a0 Self-funding students can pay their fee in one lump sum or in two instalments.<\/p>\n

International students must also pay in advance a deposit of 50% of their first year tuition fees to secure their place on the programme and to be issued a CAS – Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies – for visa purposes.<\/p>\n

Payment dates and options are as follows:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Instalment One: due within 2 weeks of the beginning of the student’s first semester<\/li>\n
  2. Instalment Two:\u00a0due on the first day of the student’s second semester.<\/li>\n
  3. Students may also pay in full in advance.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    We encourage all students to make their deposit and fee payments securely through ChiView. Should you experience any difficulty in making the payment, please contact us at\u00a0salesledger@chi.ac.uk<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

    \n\t\tWays to pay\n\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\tInternational deposit payments<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExpand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t

    To make your deposit payment please select the Make your deposit payment option from the My Application page in ChiView<\/a>.<\/p>\n

    This service allows you to choose between different payment methods and your local currency.<\/p>\n

    You will need your Application Number (quoted on your conditional offer letter) and your date of birth.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t3rd party payments <\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExpand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t

    If your fees are being paid by a 3rd party other than the Student Loan Company (for instance, an employer or other sponsor), please ensure that your employer\/sponsor has completed and signed\u00a0a sponsorship agreement form.<\/a><\/p>\n

    Once you have been invoiced students are able to make payments in full or set up a recurring card payment via the Online Payments<\/em> option in ChiView<\/a>.<\/p>\n

    Payments can be made by Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard or Visa Electron.<\/p>\n

    For payments being made from outside of the United Kingdom you will be offered the option to pay in your own currency.<\/p>\n

    Tuition Fee invoices will be sent once you have registered.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\tPaying on behalf of a student<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExpand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t

    If you are paying on behalf of a student, go directly to Online Payments<\/a>.<\/p>\n

    You will need to know the Student ID and Date of Birth to make a payment.<\/p>\n

    Please note:<\/strong> You will not be able to make a payment until after an invoice has been raised and the student has been registered in the online payments system.<\/p>\n
