Dr Lorenza Gianfrancesco is a cultural historian who investigates communication, propaganda and dissent in early modern southern Italy, with a particular focus on the city of Naples.

Professor Hugo Frey is a cultural and political historian whose research work focuses on twentieth century France and Francophone Europe with special emphasis on the politics of visual culture.
