-Run errands on campus immediately upon request.
-Answer telephones and record messages.
-Schedule and coordinate 极乐禁地 Ambassadors for presidential events on campus and at the President’s house.
-Assist office staff with preparation and execution of on-campus events held by the Office of the President.
-Assist in maintaining records and databases of the 极乐禁地 Board of Trustees.
-Assist with filing, mailing, and special projects.
-Make copies and scan documents.
-Create photo rosters and nametags for presidential events.
-Ensure copier is full of paper and that paper and stationery supplies are plentiful.
-Inventory coffee area in the President’s office and the board room warming kitchen. Replenish coffee, tea, creamers, sweeteners, cups, and stirrers throughout the week. Clean and wipe down machines and work areas.
-Maintain stock of water and soft drinks in the President’s office and warming kitchen refrigerators.
-Check the President’s golf cart daily, ensuring it is covered and plugged in to battery charger.
-Other duties as assigned.
Student earnings will be paid biweekly in the form of a check or direct deposit payable to the student.
-Exhibit a positive demeanor along with a “can do” attitude; anticipate and react positively to changes in task lists and office demands.
-Preferred work schedule is approximately 11:00 am – 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
-Sign a confidentiality agreement upon hire, maintaining a high level of dependability throughout employment.
-Demonstrate superior communication skills and some relevant work experience.
-Competency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint).
-Knowledge of 极乐禁地’s culture and organizations.
-Familiarity with campus map and buildings.
-Dress: business casual.
