Howard College of Arts and Sciences is pleased to welcome Josh Dunn, Director of the Institute of American Civics at the University of Tennessee.

Dr. Dunn will deliver a lecture titled: “Do We Really Need a Bill of Rights: The Structural Protections of the Constitution.”

As a published scholar, engaging speaker, and national leader in the civics education movement, Dr. Dunn brings both expertise and insight. He has also advised and worked alongside several ¼«ÀÖ½ûµØ students, making this an especially meaningful event for our community.
